He has a huge experience in the car rental business both in operations and in sales training. Bal started as regional operations manager for Dollar and Thrifty in 1995 and was
responsible for all London airport locations. He also worked as Operations Director for the Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group in South Africa and Namibia.
In 2006 Bal joined the Buchbinder group and developed a counter sales program that became one of the most advanced and profitable sales programs in the industry. More than 1,000 employees in 15 corporate and franchise countries have been trained by Bal and his team. Also Bal joined us in 2021 as Franchise Director of wheego.
