Nach meiner Google-Rezension wurde jedoch reagiert: Die Rechnung wurde korrigiert – ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Jetzt fehlt nur noch die Rückbuchung des zu viel gezahlten Betrags. Daher drei Sterne!

Das Fahrzeug war sauber, und die Online-Abwicklung war relativ unkompliziert. Vor Ort fehlte jedoch die zuvor zugesagte Sackkarre. Die Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs erfolgte an einem Sonntagabend – mit Fotos dokumentiert.

Trotzdem mussten wir elf Tage auf die Abschlussrechnung warten. Dort wurden 30 km mehr berechnet, obwohl alle Fahrten dokumentiert waren. Eine Begründung dafür gab es nicht. Die fehlende Sackkarre wurde bis heute – 14 Tage später – nicht gutgeschrieben.

Auf Nachfrage erklärte eine Mitarbeiterin, sie führe die Niederlassung allein und komme deshalb nicht hinterher. Das mag menschlich nachvollziehbar sein, ändert aber nichts an dem schlechten Service.

Fazit: Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Was nützt eine saubere Buchung, wenn am Ende falsch abgerechnet wird? Wer hier mietet, muss unter Umständen seinem Geld lange hinterherlaufen. Finger weg!

Mitarbeiter vor Ort, Abholung und Abgabe alles gut. Ich hatte etwas im Auto vergessen und auch nach mehreren Mail und Anrufen nie eine Antwort bekommen. Mails werden an mehrere Personen mit sichtbaren Mailadressen verschickt. Datenschutzverstoß!!! Auch dieser Hinweis ohne Reaktion

Die Anmietung über Check 24 und dann Wheego selbst lief super einfach. Die Dame und der Herr waren sehr freundlich, haben einem nichts versucht auf zu schwatzen und das Auto war besser als erhofft. Das zurückgeben war unkompliziert und ging schnell. Preislich auch top verglichen mit anderen. Und extra an den Flughafen fahren lohnt sich da echt nicht.
Angemerkt sollte werden, dass man sich nicht wundern muss, wenn alle um 08:00 Uhr morgens ihr Auto haben möchten, dass es dann etwas länger dauert. Also beim nächsten mal gerne wieder.

Нам достался Opel Corsa, довольно комфортный, в хорошем техническом состоянии. Служба поддержки при возникающих вопросах отвечала довольно быстро и старалась помочь.

Очень сложно найти офис компании в аэропорту Франкфурта. Он располагается не вместе с остальными, а отдельно, и к нему нет указателей, а надпись на общем щите не даёт точного представления, где искать компанию.
Отсутствует внутреннее взаимодействие внутри компании. На парковке возврата автомобилей не было свободных мест, и на горячей линии мне посоветовали оставить авто на ближайшем свободном месте, принадлежащем другой компании. При этом эту информацию не передали в отделение аэропорта Франкфурт, и сотрудникам пришлось связываться со мной для поиска автомобиля.
