Innerhalb von 5 Minuten war alles aufgenommen und es gab zusätzlich zum tollen Service noch ein Auto aus der höheren Kategorie (SUV anstelle von Kleinwagen) ohne Berechnung von Zusatzkosten. Der Standort des Fahrzeugs im Parkhaus wurde sehr gut erklärt und das Auto konnte schnell aufgefunden werden. Die Rückgabe war auch sehr einfach und auch hier unter 5 Minuten abgeschlossen. Zusammengefasst: Toller Preis, super Service (hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen) und alles in Rekordtempo. Immer wieder gerne.

All credit to the lady that was on last Friday, very professional and very helpful, great customer service.
Unfortunately the car wasn’t quite ready, as it was being washed and checked over, only had to wait 15 mins though so no issues. The car was great, clean and as expected, fuel is full to full. They’re allocated spaces are on the top floor of the car park, but this is all explained when completing the paperwork

- über Booking gebuchte Kindersitze waren nicht da, mussten neue zubuchen
- Versicherung konnte nicht mit Debit Karte bezahlt werden, weil das Booking nicht will
- Auto war Automatik statt gebuchtem Manuell-Schaltgetriebe
- Auto war in Slowakisch eingestellt, haben etwa 30 minuten gebracht um die Sprache zu wechseln.

The entrepreneur also founded the international franchise system Global Rent a Car and expanded the brand into 20 countries worldwide. Following the successful sale of the Buchbinder Group to Europcar, he was responsible for the integration into the Europcar Mobility Group and was appointed Managing Director of Europcar in Germany. He left the company in 2020 and founded the VCC VENTURES Group and the associated companies share-tec GmbH, mobi-tec GmbH and PARKsmart.
