Nun ja wo soll ich anfangen, ich hab mein Auto im vergangen Jahr im November gemietet, erstmals herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team von Düsseldorf Airport, dies war meine erste Anmietung ich muss zugeben ich hatte bischen meine Bedenken aber das Team von wheego hat mir jegliche Bedenken genommen und konnten mich gut und professionell berraten und mir am Ende des Tages das passende Auto zu Verfügung stellen. Am Ende des Tages kann ich sagen ich hatte ein Lächeln im Gesicht.

Ich hab das Auto anschließend auch reibungslos in Köln abgegeben und konnte meine Rück Reise nun vollenden.

I rented a vehicle with Wheego at Dusseldorf airport and there was a misunderstanding with my collection time due to how EasyJet listed the time of departure from Gatwick as the collection time and as a result was late to collect the vehicle. I made a complaint and I must say i have been really impressed not only at how fast my complaint was dealt with but also how professional the lady I spoke to has been. As a result, I've even promised to make it a duty to always use Wheego car rental whenever/wherever I can. It was really reassuring to see that there are companies who actually care about their customers to the point that they actually reached out to me here in the UK to discuss my complaint.

Bei mir hat alles problemlos funktioniert, ich hatte über Check24 gebucht. Der junge Mann am Schalter des Flughafens Düsseldorf bei Übernahme, Yigit-Han Cakan, war sehr freundlich, hat mich anhand einer Autoskizze auf einen winzigen Lackschaden und eine leichte Verschmutzung des Fahrersitzes hingewiesen. Sollte ich noch etwas feststellen, z. B. unangenehme Gerüche im Wagen, Zigarettenasche o. ä., oder weitere äußere Beschädigungen, möge ich mich bitte gleich wieder bei ihm melden. Der Weg zur Abholung war super beschrieben, mittels scannen eines QR-Codes wurde ich sicher zum Auto geführt. Mit dem Auto und dessen Ausstattung (Kompaktklasse ähnlich VW Golf) war ich vollstens zufrieden. Ich erhielt einen Skoda Scala/Monte Carlo in sportlicher Ausstattung in rot, mit umfangreicher Elektronik. Automatik anstatt Schaltung, war mir sogar noch lieber. Der Verbrauch war äußerst günstig, mit einem 50 ltr. Tank kam über 850 km. Die Abgabe des Autos war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert, Parterre im Parkhaus wurde der PKW angesehen sowie der Tankinhalt geprüft, alles in Ordnung, ging richtig flott. Faire Tankregelung hatte ich gebucht, sehr angenehm, die Tankstelle ist gleich neben dem Mietwagenparkhaus. Die Kaution von 900 € wurde am gleichen Tag der Abbuchung wieder gutgeschrieben. Zusätzlich erhielt ich ein paar Tage nach der Anmietung einen Anruf eines Mitarbeiters aus Düsseldorf, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit war und abgewickelt wurde und ob ich die Kaution schon zurück erhalten hätte.
Ich habe gute Erfahrungen gemacht und habe auch nichts anderes erwartet.

After the merger with Buchbinder, Hubert Terstappen became Managing Director of the Group and developed the company into the fourth-largest mobility provider in Germany and the market leader in Austria with over 30,000 vehicles at 165 locations. The entrepreneur also founded the international franchise system Global Rent a Car and expanded the brand into 20 countries worldwide. Following the successful sale of the Buchbinder Group to Europcar, he was responsible for the integration into the Europcar Mobility Group and was appointed Managing Director of Europcar in Germany. He left the company in 2020 and founded the VCC VENTURES Group and the associated companies share-tec GmbH, mobi-tec GmbH and PARKsmart. In the first financial year, Hubert Terstappen and the wheego team achieved all planned milestones.
